That’s a Nice Label, but What’s Actually In It?

Supplement labels can be confusing.  As a supplement manufacturer, we are required to present our label in a strict format as defined by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA*) and the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF**).  BODYHACKER Pre-workout v2.0 contains vitamins, minerals, amino acids, mushrooms, plants and natural flavorings…that’s it.  Below you will find each ingredient listed within its category:

Vitamins

  • Vitamin C (Asorbic Acid)
  • Thiamine (Vitamin B1)
  • Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)
  • Niacin (Vitamin B3)
  • Vitamin B6 (P-5-P)
  • Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin)
  • Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5)

Minerals

  • Calcium (Calcium Chelate)

How Can I be Sure What’s on the Label is What’s in the Bottle?

BODYHACKER v2.0 is manufactured and bottled in a Good manufacturing practices (GMPs) facility registered by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF)**.  GMPs are guidelines that provide a system of processes, procedures and documentation to assure a product has the identity, strength, composition, quality and purity that appear on its label.

So Why the CORE Active Blend?  Why Not List the Details of Each Ingredient in this Blend?

The “blend” method of displaying ingredients sometimes raises suspicion.  Critics claim that supplement companies use this to hide the true amounts of ingredients within their blends.  Absolutely true!  We dedicated years of research, trial and error finding the perfect amounts of each ingredient in our CORE Active Blend.  We keep the amounts of these ingredients a secret in order to protect our intellectual property.  Here there be pirates. (sorry for the video game reference)

Here is a hint: Our CORE Active Blend ingredients are listed in order of greatest quantity to least.  Ties are broken alphabetically by ingredient name.

*As a supplement manufacturer, we are regulated by the FDA, but BODYHACKER v2.0 is not certified as “FDA Approved”.
**BODYHACKER v2.0 is manufactured in a lab that is NSF certified to meet GMP Requirements in NSF/ANSI Standard 173, Section 8 Dietary Supplements, but BODYHACKER v2.0 is not “NSF Certified”.

  1. Love BodyHacker preworkout, just wish y’all would loose the sucralose!

  2. That is awesome to hear HardCoreHybrid…… and I got word from a HoneyBadger that new flavors may be in the works too? Any idea on dates? Glad to have BHPW in my life, y’all are the only preworkout that does not give me a gnarly headache after a workout.

  3. That’s awesome to see ~ will do! Any change to the flavor or is it still reminiscent of Tang like the original Preworkout?

  4. Marissa, the new flavor is Uber Berry. We did a local tasting of 4 possible flavors. Uber Berry was the clear winner. Hope you like it.

  5. Where are the calorie and carb count info?

    • BODYHACKER v2.0 contains < 1 calorie from the pineapple powder flavoring (round up to 1 in your calorie count), 0 carbs and 0 fiber. The berry flavoring does not contain a measurable amount of berry sugar. Train hard, train safe!
